My mentor ideology is focused on a student: my intent is always to make an encouraging, inspiring and pleasant atmosphere for learning the ways to thrive.

Every time they're doing exersises connected to their education, I strongly believe that learners learn most deeply. This denotes using games, writing tasks, drawing pictures, making rhymes, student presentations, and other forms of collaboration, which makes children active and motivated regarding the theme.

I explain proficiently and effortlessly, promptly figuring out places for maintenance, next applying easy pattern spotting practices. I love maths and physics, and I never feel annoyed of discussing and investigating these point in questions with my students. I ground my teaching on the feeling that the only way to uncover mathematics is to do mathematics. Though the theoretical material is valuable, the real understanding comes through solving mathematical problems, either computational, theoretical, or both.
I have also spotted that giving assignments that have a direct relation to the learner's individual life can help out their learning the theme and understanding its usage.
